Which “Proman” is this page about?
Type “proman” into Google and you get capsules from several brands, car bumpers and YouTube videos. This page covers one product only: Proman Ultra made under the KRESS brand. Use the table to make sure you are looking at the same thing.
| What people search | What it actually is | How to check |
|---|---|---|
| Kress Proman / Proman Ultra | This product: KRESS bottle, 20 capsules, “Prostate support” band | Turquoise cap, “PROMAN ULTRA” in large letters, “KRESS” above it |
| Proman tablet | The same capsules — many buyers simply call any pill a tablet | There is no tablet version of Proman Ultra; check for capsules in a bottle |
| Other “Proman” capsules on marketplaces | Supplements from other sellers that share the name (for example Brajnath or Krishna Herbal listings) | A different maker, pack and ingredient list |
| Proman by Patanjali | Patanjali is a separate Ayurveda company | We found no Patanjali Proman; the brand on this pack is KRESS |
| Proman for weight gain | Videos and ads about gaining weight | This box is sold as “Prostate support”, not for weight gain |
| Proman bumper | Car accessories, for example for the Mahindra Thar | Nothing to do with health |

Proman capsule price in India and how to order
enough for 10 days
The offer price is ₹2,490 for one bottle. At two capsules a day that covers 10 days, so a month of daily use would take three bottles. Work out how many you really want before the seller calls, and say it clearly on the phone.
What happens after you send the form
- A consultant of the seller calls you, usually from an unknown number — please pick up.
- On the call you confirm the quantity, the final price and your delivery address.
- The seller ships the parcel by courier; payment terms are explained on the call.
Proman Ultra in this offer is ordered through the seller’s phone confirmation, not through a pharmacy shelf. Listings with a similar name on Amazon, Flipkart or Meesho may be other products — compare the pack first.
Proman capsule uses: what does the box claim?
People often search for “Proman capsule uses” or “Proman ke fayde”. The honest answer is in two parts: what the maker prints, and what is actually known.
What the box says. The pack carries three ticked lines — supports prostate health & function
, improves urinary control & flow
and improves bathroom trips
— under a “Prostate support” heading. These are marketing statements by the maker, printed on the box. We cannot confirm them: no trial of Proman Ultra itself has been published.
What is actually known. Two of the 14 ingredients, beta-sitosterol and lycopene, have been studied in men with an enlarged prostate, with modest or mixed results (see the research section). The remaining twelve are ordinary vitamins and minerals. The bottle label itself states nutritional food supplement, not for medical use
.
What that means for you. Proman Ultra is a daily nutrient capsule. It is not a treatment for an enlarged prostate, prostatitis or any urinary disease, and frequent or painful urination is a reason to see a urologist, not to wait for a supplement.
Proman Ultra ingredients: the full list
The label lists 14 active ingredients. Seven are vitamins, five are minerals in salt form, and two are plant-derived compounds.
| # | Ingredient | Form on the label | What it is |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Beta-sitosterol | — | Plant sterol; occurs naturally in seeds, nuts and vegetable oils. |
| 2 | Lycopene | — | Red carotenoid pigment of tomatoes, watermelon and guava. |
| 3 | Vitamin C | — | Ascorbic acid; found in amla, guava and citrus. |
| 4 | Vitamin E | D-alpha tocopherol | Fat-soluble vitamin; natural-source form of alpha-tocopherol. |
| 5 | Vitamin K | — | Clotting vitamin — relevant if you take blood thinners. |
| 6 | Vitamin B1 | — | Thiamine, one of the B vitamins. |
| 7 | Vitamin B2 | — | Riboflavin, one of the B vitamins. |
| 8 | Vitamin B12 | — | Cobalamin; vegetarians often get little of it from food. |
| 9 | Folic acid | — | Man-made form of folate (vitamin B9). |
| 10 | Manganese | manganese sulphate | Trace element supplied as a sulphate salt. |
| 11 | Zinc | zinc sulphate | Trace element supplied as a sulphate salt. |
| 12 | Chromium | chromium chloride | Trace element supplied as a chloride salt. |
| 13 | Selenium | sodium selenate | Trace element supplied as sodium selenate. |
| 14 | Molybdenum | sodium molybdate | Trace element supplied as sodium molybdate. |
The pack in our photos does not print milligram amounts, so the table shows names only.
Two details worth noticing. The box shows a 100% Natural
badge, yet most vitamins and mineral salts in supplements are manufactured, so read that badge with care. And because vitamin K and chromium are on the list, people who take warfarin-type blood thinners or diabetes medicines need to check with their doctor first.
How to take Proman capsule (dosage)
- Take one capsule after breakfast with water.
- Take one capsule after dinner with water.
- Stay at 2 capsules a day — the label says not to exceed the recommended amount.
- Do not add another multivitamin, zinc or selenium product at the same time unless a doctor agrees.
- Keep the bottle closed, dry and away from children; do not use it if the seal under the cap is broken.
How long to take it? The label does not set a course length. One bottle lasts 10 days. If you notice no difference after a few weeks, more bottles are unlikely to change that — talk to a doctor about your symptoms instead.
Proman capsule side effects and who should avoid it
Printed on the label: Don’t use if allergic to the ingredients. Not for pregnant women and children. Not to exceed the recommended daily usage level. Not a substitute for a varied diet. Not intended to cure, prevent or mitigate any disease. Keep out of reach of children. Don’t use if bottle seal is broken.
No side-effect study of Proman Ultra has been published. The real risks come from specific ingredients and from combining them with medicines.
Check with a doctor first if you take
- Warfarin, acenocoumarol or other vitamin-K-antagonist blood thinners — vitamin K in the capsule can weaken their effect. Starting it on your own is not safe; your doctor may need to recheck your INR.
- Diabetes medicines or insulin — the formula contains chromium. Ask first and watch your sugar readings more closely.
- Any other multivitamin or zinc, selenium, vitamin E supplement — doubling up can take you past safe daily limits.
Do not use it
- During pregnancy or breastfeeding, or for children (the label says so).
- If you are allergic to any listed ingredient.
- With kidney or liver disease — unless your doctor has agreed.
See a doctor rather than a supplement if
you have burning or pain when passing urine, blood in urine or semen, a weak stream that keeps getting worse, fever with urinary trouble, or you cannot pass urine at all — the last two are emergencies (call 108). For men over 50, a regular urology check is worth more than any capsule. Already on tamsulosin, finasteride or similar? Keep taking them as prescribed.
What research says about the Proman Ultra ingredients
Beta-sitosterol. The best summary is a Cochrane review of four short trials with 519 men who had an enlarged prostate. Over 4 to 26 weeks, men on beta-sitosterol scored better than placebo on symptom questionnaires and urine-flow measures, yet the prostate did not get smaller, and nothing is known about long-term use. Proman Ultra does not disclose how much beta-sitosterol each capsule holds, so the trial results cannot be transferred to it.
Lycopene. Research on lycopene and the prostate is limited and inconsistent. Eating tomato-rich food is a reasonable habit; a lycopene capsule has no proven benefit for prostate symptoms.
Vitamins and minerals. Zinc, selenium and vitamin E are popular in men’s products, but without milligram amounts nobody can say whether the doses here matter — or whether, added to your diet and other pills, they become too much.
Summary: there is no published study of Proman Ultra as a product. The evidence that exists concerns single ingredients at known doses.

Is Proman Ultra worth ₹2,490? Our verdict
Some YouTube reviewers say Proman is a waste of money. That is too harsh for a product that is plainly labelled as a supplement — but the price does buy less than the box design suggests.
In its favour
- Full ingredient list printed on both the box and the bottle.
- Easy routine: one capsule after breakfast, one after dinner.
- Includes beta-sitosterol, one of the more researched plant compounds for men over 50.
- The bottle honestly says “not for medical use” and carries clear warnings.
Against it
- No milligram amounts — you cannot judge the doses.
- ₹2,490 lasts only 10 days; a month costs about ₹7,470.
- Mostly synthetic vitamins and minerals despite the “100% Natural” badge.
- Vitamin K makes it unsuitable for people on warfarin-type medicines.
- Many look-alike “Proman” listings make it easy to receive the wrong product.
- No clinical study of this exact capsule exists.
Who might consider it: a man over 40 who wants a single daily nutrient capsule, takes no blood thinners or diabetes medicines and has already ruled out a medical problem with a doctor. Who should skip it: anyone with new or worsening urinary symptoms (see a urologist first), anyone on the medicines listed above, and anyone hoping a capsule will replace treatment.
Original Proman Ultra vs fake: how to check the pack
- Bottle: dark blue with a bright turquoise cap; the label shows “KRESS”, “PROMAN ULTRA”, a grey “Prostate support” band and the number “20”.
- Box: teal top with a prostate illustration and the words “New formula”, white lower half with three ticked lines and a green round badge.
- Seal: there should be an intact seal under the cap — the label tells you not to use the bottle if it is broken.
- Printed data: MRP, batch number and manufacturing and expiry dates must be on the pack.
- Payment: do not transfer money in advance to an unknown seller; order through one channel only.
Look for the FSSAI logo and a 14-digit licence number on the pack; a pack without them is a reason to refuse the parcel.
