1. Data fiduciary

The editorial team of proman-capsule.zapcalendar.com decides how personal data on this website is used. Write to [email protected]. We follow the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the DPDP Rules, 2025 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 with its rules on sensitive personal data.

2. What we collect

• Order request: name, mobile number, the language version of the page and which form you used.
• Message to us: name, mobile number or e-mail, topic and text.
• Anti-fraud data: IP address (we store only a shortened form; the full address goes to the seller together with an order), the country detected from the IP, browser type and the time of sending.

We do not ask for health information, prescriptions or test results, and we ask you not to include them in messages.

3. Purposes

• Passing your order request to the seller so they can call, confirm and deliver.
• Replying to your message.
• Keeping the forms free from bots, spam and repeated fake requests.

Sending a form is your consent to these purposes. You may withdraw it at any time just as easily by writing to us; withdrawal does not affect what was done before it.

4. Recipients

• Limonad (affiliate network) and the seller — name, mobile number, page address and IP address, to handle the order.
• Telegram, which we use for internal notifications — for orders only the masked number and the first letter of the name; for messages the full text and contact, so we can answer.
• Our hosting provider and Cloudflare, which run and protect the site.

Some of these providers may process data outside India, only for the purposes listed here.

5. Storage period

Records of orders and messages, together with their processing logs, are kept for one year from processing, as required by Rule 8(3) of the DPDP Rules, 2025, and then deleted unless another law requires a longer period.

6. Your rights

• To know what data we hold and how it is used.
• To have it corrected, completed or erased.
• To withdraw consent.
• To nominate a person who can use these rights on your behalf in case of death or incapacity.

7. Grievances

Send any complaint to [email protected]. We answer within a reasonable time, at most 90 days. If the answer does not satisfy you, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.

We use no analytics or advertising cookies. Details are in the cookie policy.

9. Updates

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes too.
